Tendring Technology College Win Under 16 Netball Final

On Thursday 19th January it was the final of the Under 16 Netball tournament, held at CCA (Clacton Coastal Academy). TTC were unstoppable and played fantastic netball throughout the tournament. An asset to the college and some excellent comments from the other school teachers, the team not only played well in their performance but also in their attitude, enthusiasm and encouragement.

Jessica Lane and Kayleigh Nicholson were brilliant at shooting, scoring 43 goals between them, outstanding. Excellent link up play between Remy, Georgia, Bethany and Claire, completely dominating the middle and attacking third. Their passes were crisp, their defending was solid and their ability to create space and get free was great. Tilly as always was solid in defence, marking their Goal Shooter and preventing them from scoring. The defence were excellent, only allowing 4 goals to be scored against them.

A fantastic team effort by all, well done.
