Beverley is a member of the Executive and Education teams at AET full-time as Director of Challenge and Intervention. She previously served as Headteacher and Director of Educational Strategy at Hasmonean High School (Girls). Beverley has also undertaken roles as Associate Principal of two academies in challenging situations, leading on interventions in school improvement.
Beverley is an Ashdown fellow and has an MBA in international educational leadership. She is a practising and accredited lead Ofsted inspector for primary, secondary and special schools and is also a quality assurance reader for Ofsted. . She has worked as a school improvement advisor in primary and secondary schools and is currently chair of governors currently in three schools across the country, one primary and two secondary schools. Beverley is an accredited teaching leaders development coach and a facilitator for middle and senior leadership development programmes for the NCTL
Beverley's key role is to lead on monitoring and intervention across all our academies, advising and supporting all areas (education and professional services) on all aspects of Ofsted and performance. Beverley leads the work and ensures that academy self-evaluation and action planning are high quality and lead to quantifiable improvement. She is safeguarding lead for the Trust and line manages the Regional Education Advisers and the National Leaders for literacy and English and mathematics and numeracy.
