SLE Specialism: Behaviour for Learning
Claudia qualified as a Primary School Teacher and has worked in a Middle School, Special Schools and Inner city and urban Secondary schools. Her roles have been Class teacher, Head of PE, Partnership Sport Manager across Wolverhampton City, Special Needs teacher, AST teacher in PE and Dance, SLT - Pastoral and AST Behaviour.
She currently leads a B4L team which comprises of an Inclusion Coach, Behaviour assistant and Behaviour LSA. Her other responsibilities are for Staff CPD and 1:1 support programmes on improving B4L.
Claudia leads on Clacton Coastal Academy's Reward and Sanction policies, developing and introducing new initiatives across the academy and through student/parent voice workshops improving B4L across the academy and supporting learning interventions. Recently she has also worked with AET CPD team on B4L workshops.
