How would the sponsoring group ensure that standards, particularly in English were improved?
Our central services education team is made up of exemplary literacy and numeracy specialists. They have developed a wide range of tools and process that are share with our academies. They have also developed improvement measuring models. Please find attached a copy of the Literacy Maturity Matrix. They offer specialist support in the classroom and by working directly with staff in the academies to enhance provision.
The whole of the AET Central Services team focuses on ‘building capacity’ and not doing for or to.
Would there be any change to the present arrangements regarding holiday patterns during the school year, length of school day, working patterns across the week etc?
These are decisions for the governing body of each academy.
Does the sponsoring group have its preferred school lunch arrangements and, as an academy, does the school need to continue to adhere to the strict food provision and combination requirements as specified by the School Food Trust?
Again these are decisions for the governing body. I believe the Secretary of State has relaxed the School Food Trust standards.
Would there be any additional capital investment in the school?
We have won £61 million of funding for five projects and await the outcome of five further bids. Our estate strategy team would work with the SLT and Governors to identify your vision and then seek to find funding streams.

We adhere to all local admissions policies.
