At the AET our number one priority is to ensure that we have in place the people, policies, systems and practices to ensure that our Academies continue to improve and deliver world-class outcomes for students. Key to this is ensuring that we have in place, at Academy level, a strong, competent and effective leadership team and an equally strong, competent and effective local governing body. To support each Academy, provide a range of high-quality central services, and take forward the policies and strategies of the AET Board, we also have a small but effective executive team, all of whom have extensive experience in the management of schools, together with a central services support team comprising of Finance and HR specialists, a Facilities/ICT support team and a range of subject/educational experts.
