Does the sponsoring group have its preferred Management Information System? Could the school be forced to change?

No and No.

Would the school continue to be able to secure its preferred Service Level Agreements in aspects such as buildings, health and safety, insurance, personnel support etc?

We would ask the governors to look at the quality and range of our services. Insurance is paid by the government if the academy works through the CREST system thus no cost to the school

If procurement rests with the school, will the school still be able to enter into joint procurement arrangements with other non-group schools?

Yes and we would hope that the school would offer that to other AET academies.

If systems-related changes need to occur, what training could be provided, by whom and over what time scale?

Full training is provided where necessary.
