As an NQT you have started your journey by studying the latest learning and teaching pedagogies and experienced a variety of teaching environments. The Academies Enterprise Trust was formed in 2008 and is developing into one of the largest nationwide, multi academy sponsors. We currently have 20 Academies open. Innovative and creative, the AET has experienced consistent growth during the last 3 years and this will continue into the future.

Our Academies will be delighted to share their wealth of experience and to provide support and encouragement as well as an excellent CPD programme! We have successfully guided many new teachers through their important first year and have a well-structured induction programme in place.
